Chef Park Kyung-jae (박경재) [Person]'s sushi restaurant, located in a hanok in the heart of the city. It is a two-Michelin-starred restaurant recognized by the Michelin Guide (미쉐린 가이드) [Document].
Space
The hanok housing Sosuheon (소수헌) is a historic residence built in 1936. Known as the “Jeong Yeong-guk House,” it is designated as Folk Cultural Heritage No. 32.
The neatly appointed hanok offers a quiet, elegant atmosphere rarely found in central Seoul.
Food
In keeping with chef Park Kyung-jae's (박경재) culinary aim of “seeking ingredients in nature and bringing out their intrinsic flavors,” the restaurant serves sushi that combines the finest wild-sourced ingredients with precise, delicate craftsmanship.

It is currently one of the most difficult restaurants to book in South Korea.
Reservations for the following month are accepted by phone at 10:00 a.m. on the first business day of each month.
However, competition to get through by phone is extremely intense, requiring at least dozens and sometimes hundreds of call attempts. Even then, reservations are limited to lunch; the restaurant does not accept dinner reservations from new customers.
