This is the second location of Shinbashi’s Haruchan Ramen (하루찬 라멘), which opened in Higashi-ginza on July 16, 2024. It follows the style of the original location and serves chūka soba.
An establishment representing the ramen [article] style known as “chan-kei”, one of the latest trends in Tokyo’s ramen scene.
The Ginza location was also included in the Bib Gourmand selection of the 2026 MICHELIN Guide.
