A sushi restaurant led by Chef Yoon Ju-hwan, who is from the renowned Ginza establishment Sushi Kanesaka.
Three itamae (sushi chefs) manage the counter, including Chef Won Tae-kyung, who is from the Tokyo Michelin Guide three-star establishment Sushi Harutaka, and Chef Kim Chang-lim, who trained at Sushi Shota.
It is known for a space reminiscent of a Japanese sushi restaurant, an intuitive and bold course composition, and pairings regarded as among Seoul’s finest, presented by former sommelier and current manager Kim Ho-seok (김호석) to complement each piece of sushi.

Reservations for dates two months later open through Catchtable (캐치테이블) on the first day of each month. However, seats at Chef Yun Ju-hwan’s (윤주환) main counter are often already fully booked through on-site rebookings.
