ALMA

ALMA (알마) is an international school of Italian cuisine located in Colorno, near Parma, Italy.

It was founded in 2004 by Gualtiero Marchesi, a master chef who led the modernization of Italian cuisine, and serves as a center for culinary education officially recognized by the Italian government.
