The unique name, Black Piglet (Geomeun-saekki-dwaeji), comes from an 19th-century German pub, a place where artists and philosophers of that time gathered to exchange ideas, as they say. When you enter, they greet you warmly and serve you a glass of water. The Oneroso with cacao and the Romano with lemon zest were both so fragrant and delicious. For the leftover lemon zest after drinking the Romano, they pour hot water into it, so you can have another cup of lemon tea. Drinking delicious coffee in a space surrounded by the scent of coffee and warm natural light (shining through blinds that customers shouldn't touch) makes you happy. I started with an espresso, and took out a latte made with 'boneless' (pure) coffee beans, which was truly delicious with its fragrant, nutty flavor and perfect milk ratio. I don't really know the difference between 'Ggeodeureok' and 'Jjo' (slang for attitude/vibe), but one thing is for sure: the owner's uniqueness is their 'Jjo'.
