The owner reportedly missed the local flavors after returning to Korea from China, leading them to research recipes and open this shop. We ordered the beef noodle soup, mapo tofu noodles, corn pancake, and Szechuan-style boiled dumplings (half portion). The signature mapo tofu looked quite intense, but the taste wasn't as spicy or strong as I expected; the numbing sensation of the chili oil and the soft tofu paired well together. The beef noodle soup was perfectly seasoned, and while the broth was rich, it had a clean, approachable flavor rather than a heavy, gamey meat scent, which I liked. The Szechuan-style boiled dumplings were ordinary, and they come served with cilantro on top. The corn pancake was perfect when dipped in condensed milk, making it a sweet and salty meal that I really enjoyed.
