대담한 쎗바닥의 감브(13 reviews)Lunch・Visited 2026/10(1 visits)3.502My hangover cure doesn't exceed 10,000 wonThis is a Chinese restaurant called Giljjajang, located near the Sinpyeong Jangrim Industrial Complex in Saha-gu, Busan. It is located on the roadside and does not have a separate parking lot. This Chinese restaurant is a local spot that only locals know about, and it seems to be famous for its Jjamppong. Other than Jjajang and Jjamppong, the only dishes are chili shrimp and Tangsuyuk. I ordered the standard Jjamppong rice. I dislike how the starch from the noodles changes the broth, so I always prefer eating it with rice. The basic side dishes are onions and pickled radish, no different from any other Chinese restaurant. Since the food is freshly stir-fried upon ordering, it takes some time to be served, so please keep that in mind. Even at 10,000 won, the quality of the Jjamppong is very satisfying. The broth has a light smoky flavor, and perhaps because they use so many onions, it also has a slightly sweet finish. They use plenty of fresh ingredients, making for a hearty meal. It is not overly spicy or stimulating overall, so I highly recommend it for those suffering from a hangover the next day. There is almost always a wait during meal times. Because both the wait time and the cooking time add up, you should come with plenty of time to spare.
