I’ve only tried the Lajjamppong, but.. the broth, a blend of pork, chicken, and vegetables, as well as the noodles, are decent enough, but the texture of the soup is a bit thick, which isn't to my personal taste. It’s like the thickness blocks you before you can even taste the depth of flavor.. The tangsuyuk is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The fried pork itself is good, so it goes well whether you pour the sauce over it or dip it. It pairs really well with beer, but it's a shame they don't have draft beer. There’s often a wait during dinner hours, but if you maneuver your timing well, it's a place you can try without waiting.
