They aim for a comforting taste without chemical seasonings, and the soup has quite a deep flavor, offering ramen that feels more comforting than stimulating. It might feel a bit bland for die-hard ramen fans, but it is ramen that anyone can enjoy. Since they make their own noodles, the grain aroma and texture are quite good, and the special bowl even includes homemade wontons, allowing you to experience a truly heartfelt taste.

The salt also leaves a floral, fragrant aroma, which was quite fun to sprinkle directly on the noodles, and it left a long-lasting impression, much like adding zest, influencing the dipping soup as well.
