The wide variety of beans comes with a significant price tag. You can customize your order for espresso or cafe latte, and keep in mind that there is a 10% surcharge for iced hand-drip coffee. I ordered: Ethiopia Koke Natural Tropical Strawberry (ICE) It was a cup of coffee with a complex flavor profile that balanced Ethiopia's signature bright acidity and sweet fruit notes without any single one being too overpowering. For someone like me who prefers strong, straightforward coffee, it felt a bit tea-like. The shop's interior atmosphere and music playlist make it clear that the owner is truly passionate about jazz and vinyl records. They change the records after every song, and the list is quite diverse. If you are interested in jazz, you will probably really like it. This space is quite charming, making you feel as if you are in another country, but there are many places with better coffee at lower prices, so it feels a bit ambiguous. I recommend this place if you prefer tea-like coffee and value the overall atmosphere.

I could clearly tell the owner is sincere about coffee. There were nearly 20 types of beans for hand-drip, 4 types of beans for standard drinks like Americano and latte, and customers could even choose the milk type and extraction method. I ordered the Yemen Wadi Al-Seil anaerobic natural and the Peru Las Etiopes geisha washed. The Peru was excellent. When warm, the strong acacia scent dominated the surrounding air, and as it cooled, that acacia fragrance remained deep while berry acidity and honey sweetness emerged, creating a perfectly balanced coffee. However, the Yemen was disappointing. The body was heavy and the raisin scent was distinct. There was a bubblegum nuance typical of anaerobic process, but it wasn't an unpleasant kind. The disappointing part was that the acidity and sweetness were very low, both when warm and as the temperature dropped. Rather than being tea-like, it gave a stronger impression of having a hollow mid-palate. The finish was even a bit dry, which only further maximized that hollow space in the middle. I definitely know the owner is sincere about coffee, and one of them was excellent, but the other one left much to be desired.
