The menu was a collaboration with Mamari Pub & Market, run by Chef Song Ha-seul-lam. First came the Gangneung squid and corn ribs. The squid was perfectly crispy, and the flavor of the squid itself was great. The corn had that distinct sweetness I really enjoyed. The nachos were served with salsa made from three different sauces. It was fun to experience the different charms of each, and the nachos themselves were super crispy. The first taco featured Pocheon I-dong galbi. They topped it with seaweed crackers (gim-bugak) for extra crunch, and the sweet galbi marinade was the highlight. Second was the Cheongdo water parsley (minari) pork belly taco. Personally, I'm not a fan of water parsley, so I felt a bit indifferent about it, and the taste was the most ordinary among the day's menu. The last taco was the Taean flower crab taco. It was the best menu of the day; it felt almost like having a rich flower crab stew. The combination of the sweetness from the crab and the salsa was really excellent. For the finish, Udo peanut ice cream was served. The portion was generous, and the citrus scent paired well with the nuttiness of the peanuts. A delicious end.
