CAFE INSEOUL(13 reviews)Lunch・Visited 2026/10(1 visits)5.0025Price, taste, and atmosphere, all three are on point.I don't usually go for celebrity-owned cafes, but they use beans from Signature Roasters in Anyang. There's no technique that beats quality ingredients, and this is coffee from a national champion, right? A combination of an FB80 machine with Robur S and Ceado E37S grinders. You can see the quality process with the Mano tamper, Navigator scale, and 3bomber WDT tool. They serve espresso in US Syracuse demitasse cups with La Perruche brown sugar. The 4,500 won espresso can be swapped to a light-roast bean at no extra charge. It’s great, with no burnt, smoky, or bitter notes. Adding sugar makes it like a tart juice, which is another kind of charm. The items served on a Thai rice husk tray have a unique texture, too. It's a cafe on the 1st floor and a lifestyle shop on the 2nd, and the heart tea coasters they sell are fabric. The restroom is stylish, and the heavy, solid wood of the interior stairs feels stable. The firm, sharp ice from the Hoshizaki ice machine left a deep impression.
