Today I ordered ganjjajang (black bean sauce noodles), fried rice, and tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork). The jjajang and fried rice were a guaranteed taste since I've tried them several times. It's exactly that delicious taste that's faithful to the basics. The wok hei lingering in my mouth, the right amount of umami, and the texture of the vegetables and meat happily chewing in my mouth... it was good as always. However, the tangsuyuk I ordered for the first time was really disappointing. I don't know if I just got a bad batch today, but maybe the starch coating was too thick? The batter was way too thick and even hard. The meat inside was as well. I want to give it 4 points, but the tangsuyuk was terribly bad...
