It caught my eye because a Spanish restaurant is rare to find in Gangwon-do. The restaurant was remodeled from a house, so it had a cozy and warm atmosphere. First, they served bread and olive oil; it was an average taste, and the bread wasn't warm. Taula cannelloni - They said it's a dish eaten on Christmas in Catalonia; the texture of the fresh pasta, the aroma of the meat, and the scent of Parmigiano Reggiano blended together for an intuitively delicious flavor. Seafood paella - The char-grilled scent infused in the squid and shrimp, as well as the texture of the rice, were both great. It felt like the flavor was finally completed only after squeezing the lemon juice, which was refreshing. Iberico pork jowl - You could tell the meat grilled over charcoal was well-seasoned by default. The green plum pickle and apple garnish played clear roles, and the asparagus, which was the most memorable part, was infused with the deepest charcoal aroma and tasted incredible on its own. Basque cheesecake - Both the texture and flavor were good. Sorbet - The lemon zest was the kick. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, and I felt like I wanted to visit again to try other menu items. One downside is that the restaurant seems to be family-run, but since only one person handles the floor, it looks difficult for them to pay equal attention to every table.
