While the location and parking are a bit tricky, the taste is absolutely certain. The margherita shows outstanding quality with a well-balanced harmony of the chewy dough, rich cheese, acidity of the tomatoes, and olive oil. It feels like it has it all. Just seeing the bags of flour displayed on one side of the restaurant shows the pride they take in using good flour, and you can definitely taste the quality of the ingredients in the complimentary bread and dough. Since there are so many great pasta places, it will come down to personal preference, but rather than being overly bold or stimulating, it feels closer to the roots of Italian pasta—slightly mild, yet really highlighting the unique character of each dish. They are often full on weekends these days, so I recommend making a reservation or calling to check for seating before you visit.
