Between the Ocean branch and the Sky branch, the Ocean branch is the original and the Sky branch opened later. The Ocean branch features a close-up sea view, while the Sky branch offers a sea view that includes the sky from a higher vantage point. I visited the Sky branch this time. I ordered: Americano (Ice) Soyu Bilberry Latte ABC Cold-pressed Juice The Americano was average, and the ABC cold-pressed juice tasted like a premium version of store-bought vegetable juice. The Soyu Bilberry Latte tasted just like a blueberry latte, but there were quite a lot of frozen bilberries, so I could chew on them more than I expected. But even though they called it bilberry, honestly, it tasted just like blueberry while I was drinking it... I don't really know what the difference is. Anyway, the drinks were all pretty standard with nothing special. In fact, most people don't come here expecting great drinks or bread; they come for the overwhelming view. From the moment you head up to the Sky branch, you start to feel overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the cafe, and the moment you face the wide-open ocean view from inside, you feel a sense of relief. With such a bright, scenic view, everyone is busy taking out their cameras and snapping photos for Instagram. I usually don't think highly of large cafes that bank on their "view" to do business. Honestly, there are just too many places that flaunt mediocre interior designs or push a subpar surrounding view. These places are highly likely to have average drinks, and if they sell bread or desserts, they focus more on the look, making the texture hard and the taste way too sweet. It's frustrating that the prices are expensive to boot because of the view premium. However, the view at Moi Finn is worth the price. The drinks and bread are just side elements to enjoy the view. It's worth visiting again if you're in Yeosu, almost like a mandatory stop. And it's solely for the 'view'.
