How do I earn points?

• Book and visit — Earn points when you visit a restaurant you booked through Revit Guide.
• Write a review — Earn points by sharing your dining experience in a review.
• Post and comment — Earn points by creating posts or joining conversations in the comments.
• Receive likes — You may earn extra points when your helpful reviews and posts receive likes.

Thoughtful sharing brings more rewards

Review points vary depending on your content and the reward requirements. For example, meeting requirements such as including at least 5 photos and writing at least 200 characters can earn you more points.

Share food photos and specific details about your visit. Your experiences can help others decide where to dine and bring you rewards in return.

Where can I use points?

• Use them to pay for restaurant reservations.
• Use them to enter raffles and participate in other events.
• The more points you accumulate, the wider the range of benefits you can enjoy when booking restaurants and participating in events.

Points can only be used for reservations at participating restaurants and on eligible reservation dates. Used points are deducted when the card payment is completed.

When are points credited?

• Reservation visit points — Credited immediately once your completed restaurant visit is confirmed.
• Review points — Credited after your review has been checked. This may take some time.

What happens if I cancel a reservation?

You may receive some or all of your used points back, depending on the reservation’s cancellation fee and refund rate. If you cancel after the reservation becomes non-refundable, your points will not be returned either.

Please check the cancellation and refund policy before booking.

Important to know

• If you delete or hide a review that earned points, those points may be reclaimed.
• Points cannot be refunded as cash.
• Points cannot be transferred or sold to anyone else.
